Nyummy Dumpling

Honey, 
I was so excited last night that after i said goodnight to you i still cannot sleep until 2pm. And woke up without alarm at 5.30am haha
If everyday self wake up like this and eagerly wanna go to school, isn't it Great? Haha


All because of this...... tada.....


Dumplings


Love this very much! Confirm will make this during CNY. Normally I make, the filling is not halal @_@ 

Today, because I'm bringing these to the school and sharing with some Indian colleagues, i make a halal version. First time! 

Below are the ingredients that i use:

Minced chicken meat
I must say it is harder to make using chicken minced meat cuz i feel that it is quite sticky @_@

The dumpling skin
Made of flour. Never attempt to make this myself cuz i dunno how to do it & it must be alot of works in order to make them thin thin. So we normally just buy this from NUTC cuz it's hard to get from msia, i dunno where to buy in jb.

九菜 ( Jiu Cai )
I dunno wat is the real name but this what we callee it. Don't get it wrong, it's NOT onion leaves, although they look alike.


Mushroom & Onion 

and some Ginger in juice.

All cut into small small and mix together with salt, oyster sauce & light soy sauce, that's all!!!


Well, you can also add prawns if u like. I always make and steamed one or two first to taste the meat filling, whether it is enough taste or not, u need to gauge it yourself haha all agak-agak


Oppps! I forget to take picture on how to make the dumplings. Hmmm, maybe next time.

Steamed for 10-15 mins and it's ready to EAT!
