Hokaido Bread

Ok Honey, less talk, more pictures! 

Hokaido Bread, by Adrian Khoo from the Tesco BreadMaker FB group. 

125g of HL milk
75g of Pauls whip cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
40g of sugar
270g of high protein flour
30g of cake flour
15 g of Anlene milk powder
1.5 teaspoon of Mauripan yeast

All the ingredients, the whip cream is expensive



Always wet ingredients get in first, dissolve the salt
followed by dry ingredients, those flour flour flour
and lastly the yeast
okay all ready
MENU: 5 SWEET
SIZE: 2.0 lbs
COLOUR: MEDIUM
All in, according to the order on the recipe above and press MENU button until it shows number 5 (SWEET)
COLOUR: pre-set at MEDIUM
SIZE: also pre-set 2.0 lb.s

PRESS START & you can R.E.L.A.X now!

after 10 mins
Stop kneading and REST
Yesterday i didnt dare to open the lid, throughout the whole 3 hours. Today, i tried to open then lid and yeahhh nothing happen, it wont stop! dont worry, it wont explode too @_@ haha

see? there're some flour by the edges, cannot reached by the paddle probably
So, i manually mix those flour at the sides to the dough
start working again?

After tht became like this.
rise rise rise
last 5 mins before the baking start, i opened up the lid and...
add black & white sesame to the surface :P
I pandai - pandai go add my own black sesame seeds & white sesame seeds 
before it is going to bake at time-00.58. 

Finally, the last 58 mins - baking in process
start baking, u see the hot heating element down there!
another 29 mins left, the dough were still in light colour
14 mins, colour changed.
last one mins, very dark colour @_@
turn off the machine and ready to remove the bread pan
waiting for it to cool down

Tried to hand cut the bread.... but 

cutting a bread using normal knife is like...
you cutting a tree using a knife @_@
can u imagine that?

Seriously I need A BREAD SLICER & A BREAD KNIFE!!!!

the blueberry jam is yummy! haha

The texture is definitelysoft. 
Fluffy? I'm not sure, you know why? 

You see how small this small pieces and the skin... 

Walao!!! So thick!!
I need to use a spoon to dig out the soft part & throw away the hard skin... awww @_@
without the crust, my bread is better!

And F.Y.I, I immediately measure everything & throw into the breadmaker, and it is now making another bread hahaha ^_^
