My First Bread part 1

Ok, honey, the BreadMaker is doing the job now and I can sit down relax & write to you ^_^ easy right? 

Introducing my new toy.......tada.......... The Tesco BreadMaker! 

Awww Honey, I'm so happy to get this! You know how long I have been eye-ing on this? 

One Year i think! 

看了一年才买的叻! 

I first got to know this machine from Fb. Original price is RM399. Last year BIG offer was RM199! HALF PRICE! But it is always IMMEDIATELY - out of stock - everywhere haih. Then this year around April, BIG OFFER again but I missed it again @_@
Now it is having normal promotion at RM239. Ok larr just buy, i don't care anymore.

之前一直tahan, 没有买的原因只有一个, 那就是 《怕肥》
怕买了会做很多很多的面包, 吃很多很多的面包, 会变得很肥很肥!!! 
Cehhh 现在也肥了就算了咯! Hoot ahh!!

那天, 因为 mh17 的事件, 让我突然有了一些感触。

人活在这个世界上短短几十年, 今天不知道明天的事~

要做什么就刚快去做吧~

要买什么就刚快去买吧~

所以, 我跟我一个同事约好了一起买。拜一那天, 一放学我就驾车狂奔杀去 Bukit Indah 买! 买了还拍照放上fb, 朋友看到了个个都也想要! 哈哈哈 

中毒!

我说这是一种病! 很严重的病! 很毒的病! 高传染 \(^_^)/

你看吧, 这是我自己 compile 的 ^_^

4. Different kinds of kaya, pandan/pumpkins, etc.

5. Less sugary jam with fresh fruits, banana/kiwi/strawberry/blueberry

6. CNY expensive 肉干

7. CNY over-priced 肉song, chicken floss also can.

9. Bake a simple cake?

10. What else?

Seriously I think nobody can resist to buy, after reading my reasonSSSSS of buying haha. Reason is... i want to make my own rou gan & rou song later during CNY cuz it's expensive & i always want to make pao but

i hate to knead! 

With the breadmaker, everything is easy to make!!!

So, after I bought 2 yesteday, today I went to Kulai to buy another 5 for my friends and even friend's friend!

And I'm very very happy and excited to spread them the 'Breadmaker Poison" & i even 'poison' a lady I met at the cashier counter. She saw me buying so many & ask me: it's good or not ah?

Hahahaha awww sorry she asked a wrong person larrr hahaha 
You know your wifey - me is super lihai in spreading poison that kind of ppl neh and after I promote promote abit to her...... she also kena poison & buy! Hahaha so happy!

Tesco must thank me lar, i indirectly help them in their Breadmaker sales!

to open the lid, press the UNLOCK button and...

at the same time, lift the lid up, like this

First view. Pls note that the bread pan is now at its READY position.

to remove the bread pan, turn it - anticlockwise

Nah!! now u can easily lift it up & take it out. So i guess this will be the size of my bread later?

the bread pan - all the ingredients go into HERE***** 

the backside of the pan? this is the part that is attached to the kneading motor i think

and now the most important part - THE KNEADING PADDLE a.k.a the heart of the breadmaker?

Comes with other accessories too, measuring cup & spoon and another thing - dunno wat is tht LOL

Insert the paddle into the pan, like this.

The bigger "hole" (on the paddle ) DOWN FIRST, then only can fit into it
aiya, u wont get it wrong one lar, the smaller hole cannot even fit in
