Tomato is better after cooked

今早有3节空, 可以慢慢享受我的早餐 \(^_^)/

Ok honey, I will try to keep everyday's breakfast like this kk haha 


Oat+tomato+pear+horlick+tuna
Many ppl said, tomato is better after cooked... later I check why* So, I soaked it into the hot oat, consider cooked also right? Haha easier ma, I don't have many bowls in the sch.

Honey, next time we never buy this CHILI tuna anymore ya. You see, it's so OILY!! I think only this, the most oily one, compare to the others Ayam Brands. Anyway, dun worry haha I already "scoop out" the oil oil before I eat with my Oat porridge ^_^

And the other unfinished half tin, hmmm wait my colleague come later we eat with bread. 

Ok honey... you should have wake up now, today is Monday!

They said hor... cooked tomatoes have a higher level of phytochemical, despite Vitamin C losses.

Anyway, based on their experiment results, after heating tomatoes for 2 mins, 15 mins and 30 mins... the good contents of a tomatoe will INCREASE the most after 30 mins.
So, as a conclusion, next time I will cook tomato a little longer \(^_^)/
