My school is organising a big tournament these two days, Sunday & Monday. As usual, your wifey - me as the teacher advisor for MSB a.k.a 《MSB Head》, is the person in charge for the FIRST AID part. Another teacher in charge for this first aid is the head of T's Nohj Club a.k.a. 《T's Head》
It is a big tournament, inter-school level, playing a type of ball I dunno what - Throw Ball?
There were many many students from several schools in my district coming for the game, maybe 10 of them at least and......

Imagine the organiser GOT THE FACE to ask me to prepare ONLY 4 first aiders to be on duty! And it's like TWO for the morning & TWO for the afternoon session! Together with another 4 little fellas from T's.Nohj Club, total 8 of us were on guard to provide emergency medical assistance for the whole two days event.

Sunday has been raining. I saw many teachers in charge were like wet little ducklings, working under the rain. The students were playing despite the rain. Huh... Thanks God, nothing's happen. Safe.

Then today, the rain got even heavier than yesterday. Still, they continue the game. My poor first aiders, continue to squeeze in that small tent provided for them... waiting for anyone who ever got injured.

Remember on last Thursday, last............ minute the organiser a.k.a 《urussetia》 said to me : I can only give you 4 students ah, 4 sijil and 4 meals ONLY! Cannot send more than that ah! Only 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon ah! Cuz the T's Nohj Club will also send another 4 to assist you.

4 4 4 = "si lar"

How Stupid! How could 4 first aiders are able to take care of ALL OF YOU? Even my students who have a better brain to think can tell me that they need more first aiders to be on duty and they even volunteer....
Nvm teacher, we dun need the sijil.
Nvm teacher, we dun need the food.
How thoughtful they are! Year end then we must really treat them a feast ok honey?

Walao the 《urussetia》, u want to cut cost also cannot do to me like this mah? The whole tournament, inter-school level with so many players but only 4 first aiders? Hahaha So Funny!

Ok honey, you knnow what happened today? 2 students got injured. One broke her hand. Another one even more jialat, broke her leg, cannot walk. I dunno it was already broken or wat, I AM NOT A DOCTOR, but after we sent them to the nearby clinic, the doctor said pls GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR XRAY!

Fine, so who gonna send them to the hospital?
It's already 1.30pm by that time. I have a meeting in JB at 2pm. You know how long time I need to drive in order to reach there? At least 30 mins.

Ok, I cannot send. So I must find somebody to send them. My partner, the 《T's Head》 cannot send, because he is just riding a motorcycle, no car. I guess next time i have to ride a motor to sch also lar... good excuse. And all of my morning session MSB teachers had already went back home....

So, how? I tried to find the 《afternoon session Head of MSB》. She said can you pls find the 《teacher on duty 》for this week? Cuz later I need to in charge for the MSB registration which is due by this week.

Yea, she was indeed helping me with the afternoon session MSB registeration. And I suppose it was 《teacher on duty》's responsible for this kind of issue.

I hurrily checked the notice board. There were at least 5 to 6 《teachers on duty》 for this week, but I don't know where to find them all. I suppose some of them were in their class, teaching maybe. Hah... Thanks goodness I finally found one, Pn. Arno. She was sitting there free. When i told her bout my problem, she asked me to find other 《teacher on duty》I said I'm rushing for a meeting now, can you inform your teammates & see who can bring the poor students to the hospital? Reluctantly she said: ohh... you need to get permission from the 《Afternoon Head》i am scared to bring the students out alone, SACRED???somemore one cannot walk alr... how am I gonna carry her? and it's raining somemore!

Yes, it's RAINING HEAVILY!

She got the point. I went to find 《Afternoon Head》. Again, i told him the whole situation & hoping that he could let two teachers out to send the girls to the hospital. But he said: cannot... you must call their parents first. Or you ask the organiser 《urussetia》to send. This is PPD's responsible, you cannot ask my teacher to do this. I dun want to involve my teacher in this. you go and ask the organiser 《urussetia》

Hello brother! We are the organiser! The 《Urussetia》are all OUR SCHOOL TEACHERS ALSO WAKE UP!!!

Fine, he was right too. This was indeed《urussetia》's responsible. 《Urussetia》means me la!

I am the person in charge for the first aid. That's me la!!!
Cuz the other teacher have no car! So, back to ME!!!
But I have a meeting now! And I was LATE FOR SURE already!

2pm.
I rushed from the office to the tentage, in the middle of the basketball court.. raining also boh chap...

I met with  The 《urussetia head》repeat the whole story with her again. Bu she said: sorry, I cannot let go my men! I need them to conduct the tournament! Who gonna help me to do this, do that if u take away my teachers? How the tournament gonna carry on without the 《urussetia》?

She was right! So, How???

I have NO CHOICE but to call my 《HEM Head》. His phone was engaged. Then, I called my《KOKO Head》.  Luckily, she picked up my phone.  I summarised the whole situation to her and she said, ok I help you deal with the 《Afternoon Head》.

While waiting for her, i prayed for good news, hoping that she can negotiate with the 《Afternoon Head》and send me 2 teachers to send the poor girls to the hospital. They were shivering alr. Suddenly, the 《HEM Head》called me & asked me why I called him. Again, I story the situation to him but he was unable to provide me any assistance..... i hanged up his call to receive 《KOKO Head》's incoming call.

Haih... Bad News! She said the 《Afternoon Head》is such a STUBBORN CHAP!
Cannot let go means cannot let go! Huh!!

Honey i tell you, very nice of her you know,
she suggested me....
to suggest to the《Afternoon Head》,
to replace the 《urussetia》with the《teacher on duty》,
so that the 《urussetia》who is suppose to held responsible for this can send the injured students to the hospital.

What?????????? WHAT'S THE DIFFERENT?

I did what she told me to do. I called the 《Afternoon Head》again to suggest him that.  Hahaha
He was not stupid. Suggesting him to do the replacement, got nothing different with asking the 《teacher on duty》to come out to send the students hahaha I laughed bitterly too in my heart!

Again, he asked me to call the parent.

It was almost 2.10pm alr. The injured students were waiting far away at the entrance. i dunno who are their parents , i dont have their contact numbers. One cannot walk. Me - in the middle of the basketball court.
It was raining like cats and dogs. I have no umbrella, all these while I have been bracing tru the rain...
The game had started, the 《urussetia》 were busy with their works. I was late for the meeting.

But i cannot just let the injured students unattended there @_@ OH MY GOD!

Just then, someone said, CALL THE AMBULANCE! Hah... What An Idea!

I took out my phone and dialed 999 straight away and it was connected within a second! When i heard the operator speaking, my tears began to roll down. I was just too emotional... finally i found someone who are willing to help me. I told the operator what's going on, where were we, what happened... give him my sch phone number and ask him NOT to call me because i need to leave immediately for a meeting.

I think he heard me crying, honey. He kept telling me to CALM DOWN TEACHER!

Bertenang Cikgu! Bawa Bertenang.

We have activated the ambulance & pls STAY CALM & DO nothing to the students, jangan urut, jangan bagi makan apa-apa, jangan bagi minum. jangan kasih gerak... Tunggu saja sampai ambulance datang ok...
itu saja arahan dari saya.

Just as i hanged up, i saw the 《Afternoon Head》 and the 《HEM Head》 coming, with their big heads!

Jangan Agnes! Jangan call ambulance.... ala.. kenapa call ambulance... suruh je siapa-siapa hantar...

Senang je you cakap ye! I scolded in my heart. Tadi minta permission suruh cikgu bertugas hantar tak boleh
Sekarang i dah call ambulance u cakap suruh siapa-siapa je hantar, ataupun call ibu bapa dia...

Senang je you cakap. Meeting aku macam mana? Dah dua setengah, buat malu je aku kalau pergi sekarang tau, baik tak payah pergi. Dahlah hujan, lari sini lari sana.. baju pun dah basah, macam mana pergi meeting? buat malu je

Ala Agnes, call je bapak dia, suruh datang. 

Tapi ambulance dah on the way, Encik?

Tak pe, call lagi suruh cancel @_@

So, i called 999 again to do the cancellation. I apologized to the kind operator and told them the sch had asked me to cancel the medical assistance from you all.

Thankfully, the mother of the injured girl said she can come. So, I left them with the 《Heads》
And me? Super late for the meeting. I didnt go eventually. Happy?
