有机能量粥

Heyayaya! I'm so happy today yeye!

I cooked this chicken soup + the multi grain, it turned out to be a super delicious Soupy Porridge!

Wahhhh i LOVE this SO MUCH that i don't mind to eat this everyday lolllsss

Hmmm, i first came accros this QUINOA from FB.
Had some discussion with my friends about this 小米 and they said it's yucksss. I thought xiaomi phone at first hahaha
Anyway, i think the rolled oat yogurts yuccksss more than this lor hahaha :P

So this Quinoa, frankly i dunno how to pronounce it. Checked my dictionary and learnt that the correct pronunciation is kin-wa or kin-nua? Then, I did a quick check on Google about it and found out that... wahhh indeed it's a kind of NUTRITIOUS SUPERFOOD!

Wow, quite amazed about it, that i quickly went to buy it from an organic shop near my place, the very next day after sch.

At the organic shop, i cant find Quinoa individually packed, instead i found this.

See? Looks exactly like the chicken food @_@
I asked the promoter, what's the difference? Well, she said no difference.
I asked her, what's the taste? I scared it might taste yucky like my friend said on FB.
But, she said no taste @_@ ok fine. i will try this first..

Had been planning to cook this and eat this for one week Deepavali holiday, but aiya......
Delay, delay until last night then only i made this ^_^

It's very easy actually, just boiled everything together. I was using mum's thermal cooker so the task got even easier! Senang!

goji berry & ginger
The ingredients:

- 5 tablespoon of the multigrain - i think i can add more, maybe 10 spoons, for more porridge texture
- 1 litre of water, i dunno how much water added, i didn't measure, just filled the 1.5L container up to 4/5.
- A little bit of ginger
- A spoonful of Goji berry
- Some sliced dried mushroom, maybe just 10 slices. ( i took mum's :P )

Oh yea don't forget - main ingredient for the soup to taste - chicken breast meat.
maybe 50g? i dunno, just a little bit for one person consumption.
next time i'll measure k.

So, there you are. I cooked all these for about 15 mins using the thermal cooker (inner pot) and then put it back to the so called heat retention outer pot? and after many many hours later........ tada~
