Honey, today i went out ler! spreading virus hahaha
Haih, after kena quarantine for more than a week....... now I am now finally 90% recovered! Thinking back.... last week really the most horrible week in my life!
I remember that day I was still in charge for the rehearsal of marching competition in sch. Busy preparing and taking care of the students... actually i was very very dizzy. Right after the competition, I went to rest at the sick bay, popped down 2 panadols and slept. After sch, the kakak maid came to do the house cleaning. Although I felt dizzy, I waited for her to finish her work.... until 8pm.
and I know having fever continuously for 3 days is serious! When I saw some red dots on my body, i thought is dengue again. So scared, i cannot tahan alr, felt so dizzy and the body was so hot with fever, I went to do blood test at Dr C's clinic and the result ....

LOW hemoglobin? I dunno what is that? Not enough blood eh? The doctor said one.
I showed her the red dots on my chest, but she said they doesn't look like dengue, more like pimple. Ok lor, my elder brother took me home and bought me porridge. I ate, i took panadol and i slept.
The next morning ah... Walao eh! At first I wondered why suddenly my scalp got grow pimples? Then when I bath... When I looked at the mirror... Wah Piang!
CHICKEN POX ah!!!
Scare die me!
I quickly rushed to see Dr Q, and when he saw the blisters on my body.... it's CONFIRMED!
CHICKEN POX! OH MY GOD!
He recommended me an anti-viral medicine, he said is quite expensive, but who cares right? I just want to recover as soon as possible lor! He gave me 2 weeks MC and that's
the most horrible MC!
I went back home after that and quickly Google about chicken pox. The first thing they recommend is to CUT YOUR FINGERNAILS SHORT, which i really did haha
Then, I started to call my mum, my dad, my bff, informed my sch, settle watever things i need to settle before i can rest peacefully. People start to tell me this, tell me that, dont scratch, dont eat chicken, dont turn on the fan? dont eat egg, drink coconut, drink barley, drink green bean, and most important is
NO SOY SAUCE!
Ok, roger that!
There comes the first night..................... seriously i have only 1 word to describe that is 《生不如死》
你知道吗？朋友跟我说会很痒，我一开始还没感觉到，可是到了晚上，我的妈啊！
是痒到。。。。。。。。。。我真的以为我会死掉！
从晚上痒到早上，我一整晚都没睡，又不可以抓痒哦！
累到。。。要我的命！
到了早上，我已经是哭到。。。。。。。不懂怎么形容了！我开始打电话给这个， 打给那个，朋友， 同事，senior, FB friends, 阿爸，阿妈。。。。。求救！救命啊！救我啊！
到底可不可以冲凉？怎样才不会痒？
没有人可以帮我！没有人可以救我！我在想真的有人会自杀死咯！
Finally, i called the doctor and he assured me that i can bath. My friend CYM also google for me and she said can bath with warm water. So, i bathed.
Wow, thank goodness ah~
You know what? If not because of that bath, i think i died alr. The itchiness ease abit after the shower, only then i can sleep for 2 hours and the itchiness came AGAIN!
I bathed again.
Rest a while, itchy again, i bathed again.... total of baths for that day was
6 times!
Crazy right? In fact there is nothing much u can do actually.
First, you bath, then
---> you apply the CALAMINE cream ( pink colour ) to soothe the itchiness,
---> you eat something,
---> you eat your anti-viral medicine,
---> you rest and the same thing repeat and repeat over and over again for a few days!

I even set alarm to make sure i wont miss the medicine time, because the doc said, must eat on time!
3pm, 7pm, 11pm, then you sleep and continue next morning 7am, 11 am,
5 times a day!
and you see how big is the pills!

You cant move too much, it makes you feel itchy, best is you dont move after bath and the cream. Ly on your bed and rest. Dont move! I played candy crush and watching drama but that actually cant help to reduce the itchiness LOL!
Cried and cried..... that was what i did for the whole day T_T
On the second night, same thing. It was 《生不如死》 again but lesser a bit the itchiness after i know that i can bath.
Each day, as i woke up, the itchness got lesser and lesser...... ^_^

Vitamin C. i believe it will help my skin to heal faster. for immune? for skin radiant? I ate alot alot of fruits too. Thank you very much to CYM, she is the one who bought this and AEM gave to SHP, and SHP gave me hers first because... aiya i also dunno how they discuss lai discuss qu, in our whatapps group.
I only know, i got my Vitamin C very fast and i took it every a few hours together with my anti viral medicine.
Until i got loose stool, CYM said then it means overdose alr, means wasted. should reduce the intake.
Also i ate this. The IG6 colostrum from ELKEN, best to heal scars!

Honey, I am not young alr you know, i was so scared they pox pox scars might not heal properly. i spread the colostrum powder all over my face and body lol not cheap ok! haha

When AEM asked me what i gonna do for 2 weeks, I told her, what I m going to do is to take FULL CARE of every single pox pox, make sure none of them burst. and yeah, i m now quite happy with the result haha.
My face recovered 100%.
People said now is the most crucial time, spreading time as they started to dried and fell apart. Hmmm, i called my doctor to double confirm whether i can go back to Sg, and he said NO!
Awwww.... it was so disappointed, you know honey cuz I MISS YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!
Doctor said after all the blisters had dried and all of them had detached and no more already means.... no more contagious.
二姐 is going to move to her new house this month, you are right, i shouldnt really go in cuz it might spread to her. When i asked her whether she will be afraid if i go home, she said of course haha. Dammn scared she is, i believe hahaha. She scared me too...

People always said chicken pox normally kena when you are a small kid, but me? I got it at 30 years old. i think i must be a good girl since young, i dun notty in sch, i dun go run here and there, i dun go mingle around with crowded ppl.... that's why i never kena when i was still young. haha
But now i kena because i m still in the sch, mixing around with so many students. and you know what?
i heard a teacher in my new office is actually just came back from chicken pox! awww... maybe she is the one who spread me the virus. i was coughing like a mad cow last month, that's how i coughed in the virus i think and with the low immune system when i was sick, i think my body couldnt fight the chicky pox!
hmmmm, my immune system always good when i was small?
My friend CC Tay told me that the blister must grow all over the body, until the under feet. That's consider "出到完了". If not, will get it second time? OH MY GOD! pls dont! in fact my dad also said that, he called me after he learned from my 姑姑 that someone died because bathing during chicken pox! He said sometimes must listen to elders. Ppl said the blisters must grow..... starting from the head, the body and until.... the feet. But honey, somehow i believe the anti viral medicine helped to control the outbreak eh? My hands have less than 5 pox pox only. My legs, less than ten. Thankfully, my underfeet got three, so it's consider a full circle yea, 出完了?
Just now, i went to have a good lunch with my lil brother ( hope he wont kena )
and yea after that went to collect my taobao barang and i m so happy today!
Chicken pox is going to end by this Thursday 08.05.2014!
