Recently, i feel that my handphone bill has been showing a sign of increasing, just a few days before the M saga broke out last month. Still, I decided to give them a chance, after watching to the CEO's video, apologised la, this la, that la...
I am just too busy to make a trip to their M Centre. Excuse.
Well, to begin my ordeal, I'm one of the famous MOne Plan customer.
Monthly subscription is RM128
+ a supp line for my mum RM30.
So, I expect the bill would be roughly around RM160-170.
(128+30 =158 + tax)
My mum is a type of people that rarely make phone call, except to call my dad. She is a so called super-traditional-thrifty-aunty hahaha
Last time, she used to miss call me and i call back to her. While my plan allows me to do free call & free SMS so basically no other charges if you are using it in the country, IN THE COUNTRY ONLY, ok!
my mum's call charges is lain kira. and my mum DOESN'T sms.
So, ok lah, my bill is about RM200 monthly, sometimes a lil more than that. Fine, cuz occasionally, my mum did make some calls to her friends & myself making/receiving SOME VERY VERY SHORT calls in Singapore, normally less than 20 seconds.
Normally just additional RM10 to RM20.
Like sometimes Honey called me & asked me: Hey, have you reached, where are you?
And my reply was usually brief & short:
Yea, i'm at here and there now.
Then, he'll say ok, i come fetch u, see u, bye.
.....................hang up.......................
That's all. 10 seconds? 15 seconds?
Hey, come on la, we are not stupid la pls.
We know lah, making/receiving roaming call in Singapore is expensive la pls!

I pay my handphone bill by using credit card, auto debit. Last time, M telco used to send me statement every month, i dunno since when they started to email me instead. Nevermind la, i rarely check the bill also, should be almost the same amount what every month~ So, when they start using electronic statement... lagi lah... i never even download the statement k.
No time.

So, lately, I found that the cc deduction is becoming more and more... getting more and more EXPENSIVE!!!
I first noticed about it when it hits RM210+
Then, the following month RM220+
and this month the deduction is RM230+
FWAHHH WAHH WAHH...
GETTING MORE AND MORE EVERY MONTH
WTF??!!
Can you imagine that?
Finally, last Thursday(29/4) I made a huge effort to download all the bills & checked one by one.
To my horror!!!
Can't imagine that I'm paying for all these stupid things monthly O.M.G!!!
I called M customer service right away and talked for more than half an hour until the officer on the line: Mr Alif, offered to call back to me instead. The reason is because of their dunno-what-policy, cannot hold on the hotline for more than 20 mins.
Ok, fine with me.
So this poor guy, Mr Alif called me back and I complained for another half an hour, and total up for a total of an hour plus seriously! Went tru four of latest my phone bills, dug deeply into every details.
I kept saying sorry to him after every scolding, I'm not scolding him.
I'm scolding the M telco!!! Ridiculous!!!

My mum's usage: very little RM18.45
My overseas usage:

Just a few seconds calls, total up to 3 mins 25 seconds = RM12.60.
- Roaming data: 39,950 KB??? but why free RM0??
WTH!! When did I turn on the data roaming? I WAS SUPER ANGRY BY THEN!!!!!
I swear i only turn on the DATA ROAMING when I subscribe this promotion: 
In fact, the first thing i did when I touch down from the train as I reached singapore is.... to TURN OFF THE MOBILE DATA!!!!
HELLO! Who doesn't know what ROAMING IS EXPENSIVE!!!

What the heck is this M ONE WORLD?
Mr. Alif said: Ohh, that's for you to save more money when you're overseas.
From what I understand is, WHEN YOU'RE OVERSEAS ONCE YOU MAKE A CALL OR RECEIVE A CALL, this stupid idiot MOne World will be ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY you will be charged a flat rate - RM10.
Worst case is..... on the SECOND CALL, if you talk up to a certain duration, you will be charged RM28 and that makes THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT THAT WILL BE CHARGED for one day usage - RM38.
After that, you can call lar...... suka hati you... whoever u like, whatsoever u want to say, you can masak bubur lah berjam-jam lama.... NO MORE EXTRA CHARGES until midnight for that day. Bagussss
Esok punya, lain kira. Maximum charges, one day RM38.

Before this, an outgoing call is just a few RM only, depends on duration.
Different day, seperate charges.
Receiving a call for a few seconds for just less than RM2.
But now??????????
One call, terus dah RM10.
Second call, terus RM28.
Dah cukup maximum RM38.
Bagusnya bolehlah terus bergayut call berjam-jam.
Come on lah.... aku bukan budak kecik lagi nak bergayut telefon lah woiiii gerammmmm aku!
