2016新的一年，没有什么特别的新愿望，只有年年不变的《老愿望》哈哈哈，老愿望 - 那就是可以《减肥成功》
减啊减，越减越肥 @_@
讲要《减肥》，讲到老公都数不清我这些年来 到底跟他讲了多少次了 哈哈哈
不久前，有人告诉我她有个whatapps groups. 里面的人，个个都在《减肥》。每天3餐都会有人post 她们吃什么健康的食物，还有做什么什么的运动~
哇! 很idea叻! 感觉很好叻! 我也好想有个group也~ 就一般朋友 可以一起 互相鼓励 一起努力《减肥》! 大家都要共同的目标 - 要变美美! 哈哈哈 拍食物 - 最适合我这种有《食物拍照狂》的人啦!
我们就从食物开始下功夫吧。我会拍每天我《精心制作》的《健康早餐》希望可以与您分享~
《减肥不难，瘦了可以维持才是成功的关键》
以上的话，我可以讲。因为我又不是没有试过~ 我从很肥，瘦下来过。(可是现在又肥回来了啦) huhuhu 认识我的朋友都可以做证哦 我简直就是粒气球咯，一下子肥，一下子瘦 哈哈
对不起，不对，我根本没真正瘦过 哈哈哈!
所以，就在此希望可以找到想要跟我一起努力《减肥》的朋友~
You're THE ONE if:
1. You're on a diet plan, but you're alone and sometimes you feel like you need a companion to do it together with you. Or maybe you're not alone and want to jio me into your group ^_^ haha also can
Or you plan to go on diet but you have no idea how to start. You just want to lose weight. Let's do it together!
2. You like healthy food and you enjoy preparing your own food. Plus, you like to take picture (healthy food lar of course... haha) on what you eat and don't mind to share with a group of people.
3. You're open minded and don't mind to share with people on how you maintain your body weight. Aerobic, gym, yoga, zumba and everything. Well, maybe you're not in your desire shape now, you may want to work hard for it larrr... haha
4. You have whatapps and don't mind to join our group and be active hahaha
5. You are a coach, a trainer, a nutritionists or whatsoever that can help us to achieve our ideal weight hahaha
