While waiting for honey, I Googled for nearby restaurants to settle our lunch. Found this Warren Golf & Country Club which is just a stone throw away~

and yahh we decided to try their Xmas 大餐!!!

Overall, food are delicious & not too expensive.

Portions are big enough except for honey's fried rice, smaller than we expect haha

Anyway, we waited for more than half an hour for our food to be ready despite they're serving not more than 3 tables when we arrived. and the fact is it was late afternoon already 3pm++.

Good thing is the waiter attentively came to assure us that our food will be served in 5-10mins time.

Hmmm, maybe he also realised that we've waited quite a long time.

Honey said the chef had went to toilet lollll

最近在追韩剧《美女的诞生》
故事是说到一位胖女人，因为老公背叛 & 老公家里人的嫌弃 + 虐待，差点死掉了。

最后跑去整容变成了大大大美女~ 美到。。。老公都认不出是她!! 还爱上了她呢!! 这男人是什么烂东西嘛!

今天睡到1点半起床，决定了，要煮昨晚在fb看到的:

真的啦~

简单的marinate 一下

Dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame sauce, cooking wine & salt

After that, I need to 处理 the chicken chops liao. I normally will throw all the skin, but today since I'm going to pan fry them, I think eat skin once in a while should be ok bah haha

According to the chef, in order to keep the chicken chops stay flat when cooking, we have to slit those meat & cut it's vein? So that it wont crumble later? Or it's the muscles? Or tendon? Aiya I anyhow cut de lah. .. as long as it becomes bigger piece & flatter according to the video.

But, it will help to cook faster, I think.

Then, I added a bit of water, a bit of cooking wine, a bit of light soy sauce.... a bit a bit like two tablespoons bah
and sugar. Let the gravy cook until it thicken, maybe 2 or 3 mins and then settle liao!

Voila~
